MAINTENANCE PLANS
Pre-paid maintenance plans are designed to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Customers can choose from many different terms, interval options, and levels of coverage.
SHORT TERM CONTRACTS
Short-term service contracts are specifically designed for lease and short-term new vehicle owners. It extends to items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and comes with a $0 deductible.
Coverages may include:
Brake Pads, Battery, Headlamps, Windshield Wiper Blades, Belts and Hoses, Enhanced Electrical Coverage, Wheel Alignment
SERVICE CONTRACTS
Our standard Additive Term service contracts have multiple terms and mileage options and start on the day the vehicle is purchased. Eligible vehicles include the current model year plus nine previous model years with a maximum inception mileage of 175,000.
MetroTech has fully customizable programs to put you, the dealer, in control of the terms and eligibility of the products you offer.
Wrap service contracts are available for new, pre-owned, and CPO vehicles with powertrain coverage remaining from the factory.
We also have coverages available for certain commercial vehicles, select motorcycles and high mileage pre-owned vehicles.
TOTAL LOSS PROTECTION GAP
Financing a vehicle can feel like a huge risk. If a total loss happens to a customer's vehicle before their loan agreement is paid off, the impact can be devastating. But you can help protect your customer from unexpected costs associated with a total loss by offering them the peace of mind that comes with purchasing a GAP Waiver. Not only will it help cover the difference between the amount owed and actual cash value at the time of the loss, but the plan may waive up to $1,000 of your customer’s insurance deductible.
